What is this website? It’s actually two websites in one – what a deal, eh? :)
- The first part of this website is a detailed description of my experience at a nearly two-week-long intensive meditation retreat.
- The second part of this website is a blog of my ongoing meditation journey, post-retreat.
I’ve structured the posts to this site to (hopefully) facilitate easy navigation; my goal is to help you get to the parts you want to read about right away, and not make you skim through content that doesn’t interest you as much.
So, here is a “table of contents” about my 10 (12)-day meditation retreat experience. (I’ve included a quick summary for each item, so you can skim the entire deal right there on a single page, without going into any more detail, if you choose. If you want more details, just click on the appropriate link[s]. Easy peasy.)
